HSRM Ltd provide packaged training solutions and bespoke training. We believe that trainers should have experience and still practice what they teach so all of our trainers also operate as auditors and inspectors and visit sites on a regular basis. Our training therefore contains lots of stories and anecdotes on real life situations people face on a day to day basis and how to find and implement the solutions.
One client did not feel that any packaged training fitted their standards and brief and engaged HSRM Ltd to bespoke training that suited their international client base. Although the physics and biology of safety and health are the same local legislation was different and understanding of local laws and customs were required to make the courses work. Delivered in different languages and in different locations the need to adapt and change to ensure the desired learning outcomes were met and both the delegates and client were excited about deploying the new skills the attendees had acquired.
The initial bespoke training was mapped to follow the routes of more packaged training that followed and created a competence path for individuals to develop their skills. With specific teacher training skills the trainers could provide support and assessment for the skills the individuals need upon the course completion.
The training was supported by mentoring and upskilling by individuals within the company and then targeted support from HSRM Ltd at strategic times. With the long term relationships the delegates are able to perform to world class standards in a shorter time.
